The price. We went in August for the Crossfit Games. In that week the prices of the hotels of the city are crazy, so this one was not bad. Besides, we were only 30 minutes walk from the place (although we have to say that the neighbourhood you have to cross is neither the most beautiful nor the safest in the city).
